We understand that many people do not have access to dental insurance plans. That’s why we offer our own in-house plan that makes it possible to access great preventive care without spending a fortune on private insurance. Our flat $360 fee (paid annually or each month) provides you:
- 2 Regular Cleanings
- Dental X-rays as Needed
- Exams with Dr. Goldston
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- Annual Oral Cancer Screening
- 20% off Additional Needed Treatments

Perio Savings Plan
Greenville Family Smiles is proud to introduce our in-house Perio Savings Plan, designed to help our uninsured patients save on the periodontal treatment they need throughout the year. Patients who opt for our Perio Plan receive significant savings with no deductibles, no annual maximums, no waiting periods, and no claims to file!
For just $750/year, the Perio Savings Plan includes:
- 1 Comprehensive Oral Exam (for first-time patients)
- 1 Periodic Oral Exam (2 exams for established patients)
- 4 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings with 4 Fluoride Treatments
- 1 Panoramic X-ray (taken every 3 years)
- 1 Set of Bitewing X-Rays (taken once per year unless high risk or pending treatment)
- 1 Oral Cancer Screening (performed once per year)
- Emergency Exams (with any necessary X-Rays)
- 20% Discount on all Necessary Dental Treatment (excludes orthodontics, products, and teeth whitening)
For patients who require a periodontal deep clean with scaling and root planing, or gingival flap cleaning, the 20% off discount will apply!
Patients are welcome to pay half of their annual fee upon enrollment and half after 6 months, for two payments of $375 with a credit card on file. The Perio Plan is an annual, non-refundable contract with no rollover.
