Fastbraces
are a short-term orthodontic option that can straighten most smiles in just 5 to 10 months, depending on how your body responds to treatment.
Fastbraces look just like traditional braces. We use a series of orthodontic brackets and wires to move your teeth - but the treatment is much shorter, so you spend less time in your appliances.
How Do Fastbraces Work?
Conventional braces move your tooth roots and then rotate the crown (top) of your tooth into place. Fastbraces move your entire tooth at one time. This means less time in brackets and wires for the very same results.

SureSmile® Clear Braces
Dr. Goldston also offers SureSmile aligners in our Greenville dental office. The aligners are comfortable, clear, and offer a great alternative to people who don’t want to be seen wearing conventional braces.
With SureSmile, our patients can:
- Remove their aligners and eat whatever they want
- Have easy home care (brush and floss as normal!)
- Wear their braces without anyone realizing anything is there
- Have fewer, shorter appointments in our office
Each removable tray is customized to fit your teeth, using slight pressure to guide the teeth into proper alignment. We have you wear each set of aligners for two weeks, and then replace it with the next set. Change them out on your own, at home. Stop by our Greenville office every 6 weeks or so for Dr. Goldston to monitor your progress and provide your future aligners.
